About This Project

This project for PRL Logistics in Dublin involved the fit-out of a new 240,000 sq ft carbon-neutral warehouse and office complex. This included the installation of racking, new sprinklers, an additional sprinkler tank and pump, and a state-of-the-art photovoltaic (PV) system. Mechanical and electrical (M&E) works were also carried out, including lighting, security, CCTV, and data infrastructure. Additionally, associated civil engineering and enabling works were completed to support the facility's sustainable operations.
